I had a problem in making my payment go through for a website subscription. I automatically received an email from CCBill telling me that they were aware of my problem but I could contact them to try to sort it out. I contacted them through the 24/7 live chat and got a very helpful guy guiding me through the problem. 10 minutes later I managed to pay the subscription and log in to the website. It was a great support overall. Not sure why the bad feedback, but hope everyone have the same experience as me.

I love CCBILL I started my site 12 years ago and was informed I had to get a merchant provider, I had know idea what that was lol. Some how I came accross CCBILL joined and never left. Customer service is great ether by phone or email they are ready to help. Lately Visa doubled their yearly fee from 500 to almost 1000 it was a shocker. CCBILL doesnt take all of the fee at once allowing weekly payments making the payment process a lot easier for those like me who doesnt make a lot of money. I give CCBILL 10 stars all the way around and they are highly recommended.

We've made them a lot of money over the years. That ends now. We will no longer use this poor excuse for a company. Our customers deserve better.

UK CCBill users beware -from attempting to make a subscription purchace from the UK using CCBill, this apparantly (as explained by my Bank) triggered my Debit Card to be blocked from me soon after attempting to make an online supermarket purchase. Cost me £4 phone call to my Bank to have them unblock my Debit Card.
