I had a wonderful experience with Didi the other day. She recommended the katsu curry noodle bowl, instead of the chicken teriyaki on a bed that I usually order. I absolutely loved it — I can’t get enough of it, and being served hot makes it perfect for winter. Delish...
Bought a Katsu Chicken Dragon Roll and although I had eaten Sushi before, many times, I am no fan. This chicken alternative was delicious. The first Sushi I really enjoyed. Loved the crunchy balls, (if I'm allowed to say that). Only one, constructive criticism, the packaging is far too bulky. It looks so unnecessary.

Recently discovered Itsu, what took me so long the good is always so fresh and deli and healthy. The two shops I use is Broadmead Bristol and Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, the staff in both stores are always so helpful but I must give Jemma a big about for her helpfulness and being so dedicated to her job. Well done to all the staff in your stores keep up the good work.

1st time at the itsu restaurant at Oxford st. London. i met a beautiful person name Marianna, I asked her about the menu and she recommended thestirfry style noodles. It was absolutely gorgeous.
