I'm Expecting Great Stuff!
I haven't used any of my products yet. Just got them yesterday. Took less than a month to get here, and I'm impressed. Since I placed my initial order with KB, I've ordered about 5 more times. They just keep showing stuff that I've read/heard about that I want to try. This and StyleVana (one n, or two?) are the only two places I feel safe ordering my Korean skincare. I can tell you one thing, though, those CosRx zit patches don't work.

Agree, this is a SCAM
Similar to others, my experience suggests this company appears to be a scam. I placed an order that was never received. The tracking continued to show ‘out for delivery’ for two days past the delivery date, then back tracked to show ‘delivered’ on the original date. I have contacted their ‘customer service’ three times with no response. And, despite claims on their site, they have no live chat feature. You’re just sent in a continuous loop back to your order details. It’s interesting… I also noted when ordering that they offered additional coverage in case your package is lost. I paid for this coverage…and nothing. Maybe this is part of the scam? Bottom line, this was my first and last order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
