QlikView is good for Salesforce
My review for Qlik will be as a user of Salesforce in combination with QlikView. I can say that it's a powerful tool for CRM analysis that can provide in-depth analytics and interactive dashboards. It's very user-friendly and everything is clear, so I have a positive impression. But at the same time, for a more convenient workflow, I would pay attention to improving the creation of static PDF reports, adaptability on different devices, data loading, and complexity of scenarios. I create reviews for Salesforce apps on the SFApps.info portal. And for QlikView, I made a full review of its setup in Salesforce with my conclusions in work. So if someone plans to use it in this particular CRM, it will be useful.

I successfully completed a first job interview for Qlik, followed by a second 45-minute interview with Patrick Yerby. I fail to understand the justification for such a long interview, only to be told at the end: 'For the moment, we are no longer looking for anyone for the position.' He personally wasted my time. I felt I was treated not as a potential candidate, but merely as a 'Qualified Sales Lead' or a metric used to validate his internal recruitment pipeline objectives. My feeling is confirmed by the fact that two of my friends went through the exact same situation with this same individual, receiving a similar email to justify the closure of the process. Such a practice is highly unprofessional and seriously degrades Qlik’s image, suggesting the company uses candidates merely to satisfy internal metrics, with blatant disregard for their time and commitment."
Very disappointed with Qlik’s forced transition to SaaS-only
We’ve been long-time users of Qlik and have always appreciated their solutions. However, the recent move to a SaaS-only model is deeply disappointing — and the way this transition is being handled is even worse. Instead of engaging in dialogue with existing customers or offering a fair path to migrate current licenses or SLAs, the response is simply: “Buy a new contract.” No flexibility, no tailored solutions, no willingness to collaborate. This isn’t partnership — it’s a unilateral decision, and the customer is left footing the bill. We feel backed into a corner: either pay for something we never asked for, or walk away. For organizations that have heavily invested in on-premise setups and complex integrations, this approach is not just frustrating — it's irresponsible. Qlik seems to have lost sight of long-term relationships and customer trust. It’s unfortunate to see a vendor that once stood for innovation and collaboration resort to such rigid and dismissive tactics. We are now seriously reconsidering our relationship with Qlik.
Nightmarish
Nightmarish. Qlik does things wrong you'd never even guess. Only one person can edit any given dashboard. Not at a time--you have to go into the admin panel to take ownership, every single time. Every time I use this thing I have something new to hate. Their onboarding team was terrible. The users absolutely cannot use the dashboarding tools making the entire thing a $100k a year reporting service you already get free with SQL server.
