Dismal company
Dismal company. They make it difficult to do business. I chose a different company because of it. You would think they would want customers, but they don't.
A new issue every day
This was one of the worst B2B experiences I've ever had. We put together employee holiday boxes and had the order submitted in early November so the boxes would arrive by Christmas. They did not arrive by Christmas because they were never shipped. I was not notified of this, I had to figure out where in the dashboard I needed to go to see the status of the packages. Getting in touch with them in January, it was one excuse after another for why the boxes hadn't shipped. 2 months after submitting our order, no product, no happy employees. Absolutely abysmal service. Still waiting for the boxes to ship.

Terrible service, appalling delivery timeframes and zero customer support. I had to chase them for updates at every step. They never suggested a full refund or any compensation for their poor service. Completely incompetent.
